Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ideasets Teknoloji Yapay Zeka Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (trading as BeforeTomorrow), a company registered in Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye (Tax No: 4651615036, Üsküdar Vergi Dairesi; MERSİS No: 0465161503600001; Trade Registry No: 1113512), governing your access to and use of https://www.beforetomorrow.ioand every studio, API, and feature we offer (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or the higher age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if applicable). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

BeforeTomorrow orchestrates AI models to generate presentations, documents, images, and other creative artifacts ("Generated Content") from your prompts and briefs ("Input"). The Service is provided on a credit-based model: certain actions consume credits from your monthly allowance or purchased top-up balance, as described on our pricing page. We may add, modify, or retire individual studios or features at any time as the product evolves; we will not remove functionality you have already paid credits for within the same billing cycle without a credit refund.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at contact@beforetomorrow.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or where we fail to deliver the Generated Content due to a fault on our side (in which case the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your account).
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable notice; changes do not apply retroactively to credits already purchased.

You retain all rights to the Input you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable credits, you own the Generated Content produced from your Input and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercially.

Because Generated Content is produced by third-party AI models (see §6), your rights in it are also subject to the usage terms of the underlying model provider where applicable — we will flag any such provider-specific restriction in the relevant studio's interface. We do not claim ownership of your Input or Generated Content, and we do not use your Input or Generated Content to train foundation models.

The Service relies on AI models provided by third parties (currently AWS Bedrock, hosting models such as Anthropic Claude) to generate content. We select and configure these models but do not control their underlying training data or occasional inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before relying on it or publishing it, particularly for factual claims, legal, medical, or financial content.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes a third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Generate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting real identifiable people in a sexually explicit or degrading manner;
• Generate malware, phishing content, or content designed to deceive or manipulate people (including disinformation presented as fact);
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls, or use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond documented API usage;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code of the Service;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service itself (as opposed to the Generated Content you own) without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and reserve the right to remove Generated Content that violates it from any public gallery or shared link.

Content is private by default. If you choose to publish Generated Content to a public Explore/gallery page, you grant other users the ability to view it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the Service (e.g. as an example or in marketing materials showing the product in use), which you may revoke at any time by un-publishing or deleting it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Generated Content will be accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your jurisdiction (including Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, where applicable).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeforeTomorrow and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury).

You agree to indemnify and hold BeforeTomorrow harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your Generated Content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict -of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence that apply regardless of choice of law. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via contact@beforetomorrow.io; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Anadolu) courts and enforcement offices, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the change takes effect.
